I was really excited to receive and try this backpack as it is something I've been looking to get.My baby is 7 months old in the pictures and fits 6-9 month clothes. The back pack is a perfect fit. It protects her If she falls back and cushions side blows. It's also stopped her head butting the wall as the halo is a little bit higher than her head. What it doesn't protect against is face plants, but we can't have it all!It is such a cute design and doesn't seem to restrict movement. She also doesn't try to pull it off, which is a miracle. The front strap does get chewed, but that's fine. The straps are adjustable in two places and it's survived the washing machine.Its soft, well made and a great size for my seven month old. I'm not sure if it will be as protective on older/bigger babies, but I haven't tried it, so this is just a guess.I am really happy with the backpack and piece of mind it offers. I wish we had one earlier when she was learning to sit and toppling backwards. But it is just as good for learning to stand and I'm sure will be good in the future for walking.Easy recommendation. I will be adding this to the list of things I buy friends for baby showers.

This Baby Head Protector Backpack comes very nicely and compactly packed in an airtight package. I love the hygiene and secure packaging because it makes the best gift for any new mother for their baby.So this is an absolute must have essential item for your child and toddler.My 7 months old kept falling backwards and banging her head on the floor. I was so worried and had to place cushions behind her to avoid banging her head on the floor however it wasn’t really useful because she will still hit her head when she moved. So when I saw this item I was so happy and found the solution. It’s super easy and comfortable to wear. The baby or toddler wears it as a backpack which stays on without being uncomfortable. It has adjustable straps to fit them accordingly. It makes sure that when the baby falls backwards, it doesn’t hit his head on the floor but lands on the padded backpack.Newly sitting babies should especially carry this when they are in the learning phase.Highly recommend it and well worth the price.

We have a 7 month old in the family who hasn't learned to sit up yet so this will be perfect protection for that.It's the perfect size, lovely colours and a cute design. At £12.99 I think it is very reasonable priced.

We didn't know whether to call it a butterfly or a bumble bee so we've called it a butterbee. It's so cute on her and I feel so much better knowing she's wearing this juuuusstt incase. Even though we always try to watch her...there may be times har to turn out backs. It genuinely does protect her head and the straps are nice a soft and easy to adjust. It's also just too cute for words.

I am currently using this product for sit up training, and floor play. My baby tosses and turns a lot when having floor time and sometimes rolls a little quickly which scares her. Since using this backpack she just carrys on playing Because the cushion breaks her fall.When babies are learning to sit up and they lose their balance this is perfect to break their fall too.I will then continue to use this when she begins walking.It is lightweight and appears to be comfortable to wear, and is a lovely soft material. The easy clip on and off means I can put it on and on the baby without a problem, and can do so while holding herIt is easy to take with you when you’re out and about as it is so small and compact

We got this for our little one. She can walk with a stroller but we're trying to give her more confidence to walk by herself.This is like a big pillow and head protector with straps so it can be worn like a little backpack and protect them if they fall backwards.The straps are somewhat elasticated but also have adjustment buckles to make them larger or smaller.When on this is a bit tight even when adjusted. But i guess this gives the best fit and ensures the head protection stays put. Our little one already had a stumble and fell over and the backpack helped reduce a blow to the head, and any tears.Good quality and value. Recommended. Puffy pillow for your babies! This backpack pillow was very colour and extremely cute when they wear them. Its soft and cushions his head from behind when they fall back. You'd be very surprised despite all odds they always land backwards and never sideways.Reviewed after 4 months of use and still looks brand new. Comfortably to wear.Dont think its suitable for babies who cant roll over easily as just like a turtle shell when will get stuck on their back.

Works so so well. We have a 8 month old daughter and she is in between crawling and the walking stage and wears it all day ( without any fuss at all ).And when she falls backwards, it protects her head so very well. Nice item, very cute, saved her little head multiple times now she is learning to sit up. It doesn’t hinder her ability to roll so it’s well worth the money.

I know we are supposed to allow babies to get minor injuries as a way of teaching them how to avoid them, but I hate the idea of what all the bumps will be doing to the brain, especially when falling down the last two steps of a set of stairs (the stair gate is on the third step by necessity).With this on, at least the back of my baby's head is protected. I also have a soft helmet that I put on my baby in areas with hard flooring.It is well made, very easy to adjust and really cute.

Seriously, what is the point of this? Unless you have an unusually clumsy small child who often pitches themselves backwards for no apparent reason, I cannot fathom what purpose this serves.This isn't a backpack at all, it's just a strap-on cushion. It's weird. If anything, it just encourages a kid to hurl themselves onto the floor more for the pure sensory thrill of it. Kids fall down. It's part of the learning-to-walk process. Good grief, the human race managed millennia without portable head cushions.Practically speaking, whilst this is fairly well made and stuffed nice and firmly, I've found that a big fall backwards inevitably means some rebound off the cushion and therefore a nice little bump on the side or front regardless.If you are an exceptionally nervous parent, a first timer or someone who just cannot bear the thought of your child getting the slightest bump in life, go nuts. This is for you. For the rest of the planet, save your money and just keep an eye on your kid. They're going to get hurt sometimes. They'll live.Given it to the dog to play with. Even he thinks it's kinda pointless.

I have a 9-month-old grandson who is just starting to pull himself up and move along furniture, so I took the opportunity to review this head protector backpack.It seems well-made from good-quality materials.I like that they are designed not just in bright colours but also in characters. I chose the turtle shell.The straps sit quite high but adjust well to keep it fitted securely. Pictures on the Product Detail Page show how to do this.He is still at an early stage of learning to walk, so it has not been put fully to the test. But he has had some supervised tumbles, and it looks like it will undoubtedly offer protection when falling backwards.Great value at the current price of £12.99.

As someone once wisely said, every toddlers main hobby is to try to hurt themselves, but at least this cute backpack will take a little of the worry away when the tinies are learning to walk. It’s soft and cuddly and comfy and baby Grace doesn’t really like taking it off, so it’s akin to being a soft toy, too. Well made, well priced. Highly recommended.

Aids safety and gives piece of mind to parents. The straps can easily adjust and baby can wear for any period of time. Lightweight too.

I got this for my niece however she was not impressed wearing it at first and kept trying to get it off. I didn't purchase this as a learning-to-walk safety aid, so I can't really comment on that aspect. However, it’s absolutely brilliant for my three-year-old, who tends to ignore his surroundings, tries to climb things that are far too high (and does so at record speed), and has a habit of slamming his back into objects while playing fetch with our dog (who would rather play tug). He also rocks his head into walls repeatedly. He has a high pain threshold, boundless energy, and a complete disregard for fear or gravity. While he won't wear a helmet, he is happy to wear a backpack. I put this on him this afternoon, and so far it’s saved the back of his head from three potential hard knocks, countless minor bumps, and his upper back from at least ten nasty bruises with all the running, climbing, slamming, rocking, and falling he does.100% worth it! Honestly, if your little one is on the spectrum and just can’t stop banging his head into things or slamming himself into objects but will wear backpack-like devices, this will save a lot of parental stress and prevent bruises to the upper back and head.I haven’t opened the knee pads yet, as my baby isn’t crawling yet, and my three-year-old has been walking for a while. They look cute, though, and I’ll see how they perform when the baby starts crawling. With our wooden floors, I think these will really help prevent skin from getting pulled on the knees while he’s crawling about.The padding and fabric of the backpack are soft yet supportive, and the straps can be tightened as needed to keep the upper pad at the right height for his head. Plus, it looks very cute!

Does the job but word of caution make sure it’s sat snug on little ones back because if it’s loose it’s a bit like throwing a dart at a moving dartboard the ring doesn’t sit in the right spot for the head but is fine when it’s sat snug on shoulders
